RENET, BARRAGAN & LJUNGGREN CLAIM NATIONAL ENDURO WINS
Husqvarna Motorcycles has enjoyed a weekend of success with Pela Renet, Jonathan Barragan and Joakim Ljunggren all claiming victory in their respective national enduro championships. For Renet the weekend ended with the newly crowned Enduro 2 World Champion continuing his domination of the French Enduro Championship. Barragan recorded a career first win in the Spanish Enduro Championship while Ljunggren made it a winning return to the Swedish Enduro Championship.
French Enduro Championship – Round Four
Continuing his domination of the French Enduro Championship, Husqvarna’s Pela Renet claimed a commanding double win at round four in St-Cirgues-en-Montagne. Proving himself as the rider to beat in this year’s championship, Renet – the newly crowned Enduro 2 World Champion – eased his way to a two-minute margin of victory in the E2 class on day one. Backing that up with another strong ride to victory on day two – while unofficially topping the event outright – Renet so far remains unbeaten in this year’s series aboard his FE 450.
