With the transfer market beginning to hot up, a new announcement has come from Sherco Academy, where Managers Didier VALADE and his son Thomas have snapped up one of the bright French hopes as they aim for top results at the highest level of Enduro…
After running a good season with Léo LE QUERE (F) in 2019, the VALADE family have also snapped up the French Junior 1 Champion, Antoine CRIQ (F) for 2020.
A member of the Honda ORC team managed by Mathias BELLINO (F) during 2019, CRIQ completed his very first full season in EnduroGP, finishing 8th in Junior 1 with several Top 5 finishes, and 16th place in the Junior World Championship overall.
CRIQ and Sherco Academy have signed a two-year contract that will allow the young Frenchman to fight once again against the best riders in the Under 23 class, again in the J1 category.
The French riders have been lighting up the transfer market since the end of the season, with the re-signing of LARRIEU and the arrival of BERERD at TM Racing, and now the arrival of CRIQ at Sherco Academy. The VALADE family team will have a strong line-up with CRIQ and LE QUERE, which should see them fight for top positions.
