In just two weeks the Enduro European-Championship is entering a new territory: on May 30 and 31, the second round of this year’s Championship will be held in Croatia.
Buzet with its enterprising club is not new to the off-road world, but up to now it has never hosted an international event.
The EMK Buzet organized a 60 km long route that has to be completed three times every day – to come a cross test and an enduro test.
Futhermore, there is a spectacular spectator point, which is scheduled separately.
Over 200 international participants will be ready to take their start from 9:00 clock.
Main favorite is again the defending champion Maurizio Micheluz from Italy (in the photo): the Husqvarna rider had beaten the British Tom Sagar and Frenchman Benoit Fortunato in the season opener in both days. Now he has to prove that in the first round in Italy he had not benefited of a home advantage.
